I recently received a request to make an order record page for Super members. At that time, I felt that the page was relatively simple, and there was nothing to design. However, after analyzing the user scenario, I feel that there are still many details that need to be polished. For example, the platform itself already has an order record page, why create a page specifically for Super members? How is this page different from the platform order page? Why do users need to use a longer link to view order records on this page? These problems actually involve the positioning of the page, the organization of information, the interaction of content, and so on.
It seems to be a small requirement, but in fact, it is the same way of thinking as a large function. It is necessary to go deep into the user scenario in order to dig out the real user needs and design a solution that meets the needs of users the special leads ordinary product managers, and the team leader. Or on a normal day, the user would choose a simple meal. However, in special moments such as birthdays, Spring Festivals, salary increases, and upgrades, more ceremonial consumption methods will be chosen to meet the emotional needs of users. Therefore, many platforms will launch some special rights and operation activities at key nodes to increase user care and guide users to consumption.
In the product demand stage, it is necessary to determine the development direction of the product through insight into user behavior scenarios, mining, and identification of user needs. Food delivery and ride-hailing are all products launched through the use of the Internet through insight into the pain points in users' real-life scenarios, which have truly changed and affected people's lifestyles. 2. Improve experience design When the product manager puts forward the demand, the designer can confirm the demand value through the user scenario analysis, and at the same time further, refine and disassemble the scene, understand the real needs of the user, and make a more reasonable design plan.
